Vineyards of Valle de Uco, at an altitude between 1,000 and 1,200 m.a.s.l., semi-desert climate. The quality of the 2018 vintage wines was excellent, as well as the yield of the vineyards. The season was characterized by having a winter with normal temperatures and phenological cycles, in relation to the historical averages. However, on October 13 there was a general frost that affected several hectares of vineyards in Mendoza. Despite this climatic event, the productions were, in general, greater than the last three harvests. In the last weeks of January and the first weeks of February, there were heat waves and days exceeded 38 °C. The second fortnight of February, presented with cool nights and good thermal amplitude, favoring the formation of aromatic notes. Rainfall reached an annual average of between 250 and 280mm, values lower than the three previous seasons, which allowed the bunches to have excellent health until harvest.
