Nose
It has flowers (violets), blackcurrant, orange's skin, prune and toasted apple.
Palate
It is fine, deep with grip and aromatic tannins. Structure increasing 20 minutes after opened the bottle.
Growing Conditions
SITUATION: Paraje Altamira in La Consulta (SAn Carlos). SOIL: As a part of alluvial sediment from Tunuyan river creating terrasses. Rich in Clay, Limestone, marga and sand. VINEYARD: 30 years old, planted in row higth density.
Harvest
Harvested in 3 diferent times. in 20 Kg cases.
Bottling
Bottling at 20 month. Without filtration
Winemaking
Harvested in cases by hand. Double selection. In the winery worked per gravity (without pomp). Non destemed 30%. Fermmentation in 25 days in concrete vats. Racked and pneumatic pressing. Malolactic fermentation sytematic.
Aging
12 - 18 months in French oak 225 L barrels.
Appearance
Clean, clear, red, Bright, ruby reflex, beautiful.

Filet Mignon. Côte à l'Ose grillé, BBQ,
