Nose
Red and black currant aromas followed by cherry, raspberry, and white pepper. Secondary aromas includes violet and acacia floral notes, and oak inspired almond, chocolate and hazelnut.
Palate
Very well balanced, medium acidity, and round tannins on the center palate. Cherry, raspberry, and touches of currant, blueberry, and ground pepper confirming initial aromas. Clean finish with dark berry fruit.

Bottled in recycled glass, 330 grams.
Winemaking
Hand sorted, destemmed, 4 day cold maceration, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, peak fermentation temperature managed, daily punchdown, native malolactic fermentation in barrel, racked every 6 months, unfined, all varietals vinified separately, blending decisions to create simply the best Corte possible. 24 months in 225 liter French oak barrels.
