Nose
On the nose it is very fruity, with aromas of red fruits and cherry.
Palate
On the palate it is fresh, with friendly and well-balanced tannins.
Growing Conditions
The grapes come from our farm at 1000 m. Cold climate terroir, loamy to sandy-loam soil. Driving method by trellis and drip irrigation.
Harvest
The harvest is manual and took place the first week of April.
Winemaking
Maceration for 36 hours before fermentation at 10ºC. Fermentation for 14 days and then fermentation maceration for 5 more days. Natural malolactic fermentation. Store in tank for 6 months before bottling.
Aging
20% of the wine is aged in second and third use French oak barrels for 6 months.
Appearance
Deep red with violet hues.

Hard cheeses, chorizo steak with grilled rustic potatoes.
