Nose

Syrah brings the spicy notes while the Malbec provides its typical floral aromas.

Palate

It is a full bodied wine with silky tannins. The Ancellotta complements the blend with a great structure and long finish.

Growing Conditions

Maipú y Santa Rosa, Mendoza

Winemaking

Thermomaceration and pomace pressing. Fermentation with selected yeasts at 23-25 degrees C. Centrifugated and malolactic fermentation completed. Conservation in concrete tanks.

Appearance

A combination of Malbec, Syrah and Ancellotta create a complex and balanced rubbery red color wine with violet tones.
