A brief history
Our vineyard and olive grove are planted on the Casta del Sur estate, on an area of 10 hectares. From these strains we elaborate our Premium products based on Luján de Cuyo Malbec, complementing with Raboso, Ancelotta, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc varieties. The olive trees date from approximately the 1970s and represent the characteristic Mendoza type with the Arauco, Frantoio and Farga varieties, from which we make in-situ our small production of extra virgin olive oil.
We use the water resources of the mountain, making use of the old pre-colonial system of dirt roads conceived by the ancestors of the area. We capture the water in our 3.3Mn liter reservoir and distribute it to the crop with a modern drip irrigation system, delivering the precise quantity to each plant to guarantee optimum quality production.
