Exuberant on the nose, this Malbec displays powerful aromas of dark red cherries, spices and floral aromas of violet and roses.


On the palate the wine is complex showing ripe tannins , well integrated oak character and a long finish.


Meticulous sorting is performed by hand prior to vinification in order to select the best grapes. BLEEDING: 15% Cold maceration at 10ºC during 5 days before fermentation. FERMENTATION: Fermentation at controlled temperature of 26°C – 28°C. Four pumping over per day and a long maceration period of 20 - 25 days.


60% of the wine was aged in French oak barrels during 12 months.


Dark red with violet shiny tones.
