Nose
This is a good example of Argentina’s most representative grape showing a delicate balance between dark fruits, floral aromas and spices .
Palate
Long finish with silky tannins and well integrated oak character.

Winemaking
Meticulous sorting is performed by hand prior to vinification in order to select the best grapes.
Cold maceration during 5 days before fermentation.
Fermentation:
Fermentation at controlled temperature of 26°C – 28°C. 3 pumping over per day and a long maceration period of 20 - 25 days.
Aging
60% in French oak barrels during 12 months
Appearance
Dark red colour with violets shiny tones.
