Winemaking

VINIFICATION: Direct Press method. Cluster selection table, destemming, and then gently pressed until the juice reaches a desirable pale color. Cooling of the must at 12oC. Alcoholic fermentation, adding selected yeasts and controlled temperatures between 14 - 16oC.

Appearance

pale rose . limpid and bright.
