Harvest

Harvested by hand, in small plastic boxes of 18 kg

Bottling

Production of 2,500 bottles.

Winemaking

Only one kilogram per vine. Fermentation of Malbec grapes, hand harvested and specially selected.

Aging

15 months in the new French oak barrels and 12 months in the bottle, stored in our underground cellar.

Appearance

Intense red color.

Food Pairing

Perfect to accompany with sautéed sweetbreads or lamb gigot accompanied by mushrooms stuffed with Parmesan cheese.
