Nose

It shows the purity of fresh red fruits, rose petals and delicate spices in the aromatic profile.

Palate

It is a tasty wine, with a soft mouth and firm tannins, fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in concrete vats to preserve its integrity and the intense flavor of the fruit.

Growing Conditions

Grapes from 100% high-density organic vineyards in our Luján de Cuyo estate. The preparation of the soil included the addition of hummus, along with water management and organic coverage from day one, aiming for the roots to develop deep into the soil; a key factor
to obtain wines with good quality and natural freshness, especially in warm climates.

Winemaking

The grapes are harvested by hand and enter the winery transferred by gravity to concrete vats,
where the fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts at temperatures between 24ºC-28ºC. This process lasts approximately 12 days.

Aging

The aging takes place in concrete vats, for a period of 6 months.
