Nose

On the nose, there is a red fruit explosion with violet notes with a hint of vanilla and coffee.

Palate

On the palate, it is an intense wine, deep flavored, with good structure and long finish, typical Malbéc.

Growing Conditions

Winery owned vineyards located in Barrancas, Maipú (50%) and La Consulta, Uco Valley (50%) / Mendoza.

Winemaking

Agostino Finca (“Agostino Estate” in Spanish) wines pay tribute to the vineyards that the Agostino brothers learned to care for with great passion from their grandfather’s teachings. Today, with the use of precision viticulture techniques, our vineyards deliver wines with the most distinguished expression of the Uco Valley and Maipú terroirs.

Cold skin maceration for 72 hours. Traditional fermentation, with daily overpumpings for the first 7 days. Malolactic fermentation.

Aging

The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 10 months. Then aging in bottle for 6 months.

Appearance

It has a deep violet color, delightful and bright.

Food Pairing

Putanesca with extra bacon, smoked steaks, juicy burgers.
