Finca Río Las Arcas has 8 hectares of vineyards and is situated at the foot of the mighty Nevado de Cachi mountain, at an altitude of 2,685 masl, in a lofty and arid climate, characterized by large thermic amplitude. Welcome to Vinos ADENTRO, wines closer to Heaven than to Earth.
For the ADENTRO Malbec, our Malbec grapes were harvested by hand between March 23th and April 3th, 2018. Careful hand selected grapes.
6 months
Four days of cold maceration. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Followed by 25 days of maceration. Two daily pump-overs. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.
Aging in barrels of third and fourth use for 12 months.
A high-altitude wine, the ADENTRO Malbec has a deep red colour.
