KauzoKauzo Cofermented Malbec-MalbecKauzo is made especially as a co-fermented wine, a process in which two Malbecs from different regions are fermented together: Altamira and La Consulta. We carry out this process because we seek to enhance and exacerbate the expressions of both places, generating an even greater positive synergy, resulting in a complex, expressive and elegant wine.
