Bottled in recycled glass, 330g transparent.
Winemaking
Hand sorted, destemmed, short cold maceration to extract pale pink/salmon color, temperature controlled fermentation.
Appearance
Lovely pale pink salmon.

Wonderful with seafood, tapas, stands up well to grilled chicken and pastas.
