Elevation at 1,050 meters above sea level. High density vertical trellis, 6850 plants per hectare, two bottles per plant.
Harvest
Harvested by hand in small plastic boxes of 18 kg.

10% oaked 90% unoaked
Appearance
It has a ruby color with garnet tones, bright and limpid.
