Palate

On the palate, it has a voluminous start that leaves the wine with a deep and broad center, where smooth tannins and a long-lasting finish are found.

Growing Conditions

Gualtallary, Tupungato, Mendoza At more than 1,300 meters above sea level

Harvest

Harvested by hand during the early morning hours of April, at the point of full polyphenolic ripeness.

Winemaking

• Berry selection by hand.
• Cold pre-fermentation maceration.

The blend is then performed after aging, harmonizing the characteristics of each varietal, resulting in a wine that faithfully reflects our soil and philosophy. This wine is then stored in bottles for a minimum of 8 months.

Aging

Each varietal is individually produced and aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.

Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot: 50% new, 25% first use, and 25% second use. Cabernet Franc: 60% first use and 40% second use.

Appearance

Very intense color and deep tones with violet and dark red.
