Finca Quara

Finca Quara is situated in the heart of the Calchaquí Valley, strategically located between the different vineyards of Cabra Corral, El Buen Retiro, San Miguel, La Esperanza, San Jose, El Bordo. It’s just one valley made up by differents terroirs between approximately 1,800 to 2,000 m.a.s.l., the highest vineyards of the world. The most outstanding wine region is Cafayate Valley, that concentrates the 70% of the vineyard in the valley. The dry, cool, sunny high-altitude climate and the well drained, not-too fertile soils, as well as the perfectly well adapted grapes combine to make wines that transmit bright, big-fruit aromas, rich, concentrated tannins and a sense of place, which are all valued characteristics by wine lovers around the world today.
