Intense and very tasty. The sweetness perceived combines with a dry, juicy, and fruity mouthfeel. Rich aftertaste with notes of black plums, spices, balsamic, and herbal notes. Balanced alcohol with firm and velvety tannins that compensate for its high acidity. Lingering finish with a herbal and fruity aftertaste.
Growing Conditions
Located at 1,080 m.a.s.l., this vineyard has a unique microclimate. Its soils have a very characteristic sandy texture with rounded rocks, ideal for the growth of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.
