Origin: Finca Ayni, Altamira, Uco Valley, Mendoza Altitude: 100 meters Soil: Sandy, with gravel covered with calcium carbonate at depths between 30cm to 70 cm Climate: Average temperatures with good thermal amplitude, relatively higher humidity than other areas of Mendoza.

In concrete vats without epoxy and 3000 and 5000-liter oak barrels for 12 months.
