A brief history
Cavas del 23, a boutique winery, worldwide distinguished, that seeks for customers recognition producing great wines, with selected grapes from outstanding vineyards of Mendoza, as per their weather and geographical conditions. History and compromise with the state-of-the art technology, link their ways with our wine production procedures. Currently, Cavas del 23 production capacity is about 480.000 lts in concrete vats, and the building is considered Cultural and historical local patrimony.
