Nose

Delicate on the nose with fresh aromas of red dark cherries, liquorice with a touch of mint.
The French oak adds a delicious vanilla .

Palate

On the palate, it is round and rich with silky tannins. Very long and elegant finish.

Harvest

When each grape variety has reached its optimum ripeness

Winemaking

Hand harvested in small trays of 20 kg in order not to damage the grapes.
Double selection is performed: first selection of bunches and a second selection grape by grape.

BLEEDING: 15%

Cold maceration during 5 days before fermentation at 10ºC -12ºC.
FERMENTATION: At 28°C with four pumping over per day and a long maceration period of 30 days.

Aging

100 % of the wine was aged in French oak barrels during 16 months.

Appearance

Deep red colour with intense violet tones.
