Enology graduates Norberto Richardi and José Manuel Menegazzo have extensive and recognized experience in the production of sparkling wines.
From a very young age they decided to specialize in this sector, and they developed it both in their business environment and in their teaching vocation.

This venture began to develop in a Rodeo de la Cruz establishment in 1989, over the years it was constantly growing from an annual capacity of 10,000 bottles to a current production of 12 million bottles.
Over the years, new generations have joined the project, maintaining the same passion and commitment as their parents and incorporating new ideas to develop a present that imposes new challenges every day.
