Nose

Delicate with floral notes like roses and fruity like fresh strawberries, raspberries and sour cherries.

Palate

In the mouth it presents aromas of applesauce and cherries, it is a balanced, dry, refreshing and easy to drink wine.

Harvest

Harvest time Second week of March. Harvested by hand, in small plastic boxes of 18 kg.

Bottling

Production of 12,000 bottles.

Winemaking

Alcoholic fermentation at 16º C for 15 days.

Appearance

Rosé that has a unique character. It has a light pink color with salmon tones.

Food Pairing

This wine is ideal to accompany garlic prawns, pasta such as cheese and spinach tortelloni or cream cheese mousse with red berries.
