Harvest

Grapes harvested mid-February, with this we achieve greater expression and freshness of the grapes grown in high altitude. Harvested with cool morning temperatures.

Winemaking

Pressed with sticks oxidatively. The three varietals were elaborated together. Cold maceration for 24 hours at 7°C. Fermentation temperature is 14-16 ° C in small stainless steel tanks. Partial malolactic fermentation. A very light movement of lees every 15 days.

Appearance

Golden yellow in color, with greenish reflections.

Salads, Pasta with light sauce, Ceviche, Indian Spicy food. Excellent to marinate with seafood.
