Bodega Amalia

A brief history

The birth of a quality wine starts with the right choice of the vine and the location where it grows.
CLIMATE, SOIL, WATER, ORIENTATION AND HEIGHT ARE CONDITIONS WHICH,
COMBINED PROVIDE THE REQUIRED ENVIRONMENT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A GOOD QUALITY GRAPE.
Cold and dry winters offer the period of rest needed to generate the essential balance. Bright and sunny summers with a daily cycle of cold and heat assist
the ripening process. Light and neutral soil is watered by underground water fed with thaw, which ensures the best irrigation.
It is only when the elements of nature are so combined and man contributes his craftsmanship, that the wines typical of a given region are obtained.
Small quantities of high quality wines, among the best of Argentina, are produced in the winery.
