A brief history
The province of Salta has some of the highest and most privileged regions for vine cultivation in the Calchaquí Valleys. There, the extreme height of the ground meets edges that shape a unique landscape, where Altupalka combines the best of its high-density vineyards, which are among the highest in the world, with a meticulous work to create complex wines that offer the perfect amalgam between terroir and varietal. Our project is governed in each of its steps and processes, by the desire to make excellent quality wines.
