Nose

Aromas of blueberries, blackberries and quince. Even more, hints of tropical fruit lead us to think about guava jam.

Palate

In mouth, full-bodied and powerful. Fresh acidity,
full of aromas and flavors, some aging hints of
fresh butter and vanilla can be perceived.

Winemaking

Grapes from all the parcels were hand-picked
during the first fifteen days of April, carried to
the winery in boxes to prevent them from
breaking, and refrigerated (10°C) for 24 hours.
