Maipú y Santa Rosa, Mendoza
Thermomaceration and pomace pressing. Fermentation with selected yeasts at 23-25 degrees C. Centrifugated and malolactic fermentation completed. Conservation in concrete tanks.
A combination of Malbec, Syrah and Ancellotta create a complex and balanced rubbery red color wine with violet tones.
